Bath Culture House’s Activated Charcoal soft, cultured plant-based cheese is the culmination of the experiments of an ex-dairy cheesemaker! If you’ve never tried properly cultured vegan cheese before, this is a great place to start. It’s gorgeously simple; a straight-talking alternate to soft Goats cheese. We use fermented organic cashew nuts that contain plenty of minerals such as magnesium and iron. Because of the fermentation process, this product has a variety of ‘good’, friendly bacteria to help keep your immune system fit & fighting.

 

Ingredients – Organic cashew nuts, water, probiotic cultures, activated charcoal & pink Himalayan salt

Storage: Refrigerate on arrival. You can freeze me for 3 months, defrost me gently in the fridge

Organic ingredients are used and sourced from Bristol and labels are plastic free and sourced from Bristol companies.   Founder Lucie is an ex Cornish cheesemaker who has now swapped dairy for nuts!
